Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

In case of co-owned or/and co-used or/and factual co-owned hazelnut orchard(s) all co-owners or/and co-users or/and actual co-owners should appear on spot or one of them should submit written consent or notarially certified proxy, proving his/her authorization for registration of hazelnut orchard(s) at the hazelnut Cadaster on behalf of co-owners or/and  co-users or/and actual co-owners of the orchard(s). 

On the basis of documents (list of documentation to be submitted) and information submitted by potential beneficiary, an operator of Cadaster will electronically record the data of potential beneficiary and identify a land parcel (contouring on map).

In case, the potential beneficiary does not agree with land parcel marked by the operator of Cadaster on the map or/and identification of hazelnut orchard cannot be made on the map visually, potential beneficiary will submit an application on land inspection (application on land inspection). 

Land parcel inspection report will be drawn up after visual inspection of a land parcel. 

Registration process of potential beneficiary at the Cadaster of Hazelnut Orchards will be cancelled or accomplished by the operator of the Cadaster on the basis of the report on inspection of land parcel. 

In case, potential beneficiary agrees with area of hazelnut orchard marked by operator of Cadaster and hazelnut orchard is identifiable, potential beneficiary will be registered by the operator of Cadaster to the Cadaster of hazelnut orchards, extract on hazelnut orchard(s) will be printed and signed by potential beneficiary and representative of City Hall.
