Obligations and the documents to be submitted

• Completed form (application form) (In the case of branding targeting, a (branding readiness questionnaire) annexed with the list of documents accompanying the application (list of documents to be submitted).

 Obligations to be performed by the beneficiary

The beneficiary is obliged to:

• To ensure the implementation of international and standards of safety management and certification and/or those measures, for the recognition of a business operator producing or processing food of animal origin, property purpose co-financing agreement not within 36 days;
• Ensure the creation of branding and packaging design within a period of not more than 18 months from the date of concluding the co-financing agreement;
• Not to alienate the equipment required for product branding / making it as a final product within 24 months from the date of concluding the relevant co-financing agreement.
