Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.
In the case of co-funding for the implementation and certification of international food safety management systems/standards, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 50%, but not exceeding 10,000 GEL. However, if the source of the potential beneficiary’s contribution is funding received from a donor organization – no more than 30%, but not exceeding 6,000 GEL.
In the case of implementation and certification of international food safety management systems/standards by an agricultural cooperative, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 80%, but not exceeding 16,000 GEL. However, if the source of the potential beneficiary’s contribution is funding received from a donor organization – no more than 40%, but not exceeding 8,000 GEL.
In the case of creating branding and/or packaging design, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 40%, but not exceeding 6,000 GEL. However, if the source of the potential beneficiary’s contribution is funding received from a donor organization – no more than 30%, but not exceeding 4,000 GEL.
In the case of creating branding and/or packaging design by an agricultural cooperative, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 70%, but not exceeding 10,000 GEL. However, if the source of the beneficiary’s contribution is funding received from a donor organization – no more than 40%, but not exceeding 6,000 GEL. Co-funding for the creation of branding and/or packaging design shall be carried out only in the direction/purpose for which the agricultural cooperative has already concluded a co-funding/funding agreement within the framework of the Agency’s projects/programs.
In the case of purchasing equipment necessary for branding/giving the final commercial form to the product produced by the agricultural cooperative, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 70%, but not exceeding 10,000 GEL.
In the case of co-funding for a certified accounting course for a member-shareholder of an agricultural cooperative, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as 80% of the course cost, but not exceeding 1,200 GEL per one member-shareholder of the agricultural cooperative.
In the case of registration of a trademark by an agricultural cooperative, the Agency’s co-funding shall be defined as no more than 70% of the trademark(s) registration cost, but not exceeding 750 GEL.
In the case of co-funding for the services of foreign consultants, the Agency’s co-funding for one potential beneficiary shall be defined as no more than four times, but no more than twice within 12 months from the date of signing the relevant agreement (one consultant and one technical consultant), as follows:
In the first year, for no more than two applications submitted by a potential beneficiary within one year, the Agency’s co-funding for consultant services shall be defined as no more than 70% of the remuneration amount requested per application, but not exceeding a total of 30,000 GEL per year; and for technical consultant services – no more than 70% of the remuneration amount requested per application, but not exceeding a total of 10,000 GEL per year. Within a single application, the Agency’s co-funding may be provided for the services of one or several consultants or technical consultants.
In the second year, for no more than two applications submitted by a potential beneficiary within one year, the Agency’s co-funding for consultant services shall be defined as no more than 50% of the remuneration amount requested per application, but not exceeding a total of 22,500 GEL per year; and for technical consultant services – no more than 50% of the remuneration amount requested per application, but not exceeding a total of 7,500 GEL per year. Within a single application, the Agency’s co-funding may be provided for the services of one or several consultants or technical consultants.
In the first year, in the case of consultant services, the Agency’s co-funding shall be provided for no more than 30 days of consultant services, and in the case of technical consultant services, for no more than 10 days, but not exceeding 1,000 GEL per working day. Each consulting period specified in the application shall not exceed 10 days.
In the second year, in the case of consultant services, the Agency’s co-funding shall be provided for no more than 30 days of consultant services, and in the case of technical consultant services, for no more than 10 days, but not exceeding 750 GEL per working day. Each consulting period specified in the application shall not exceed 10 days.
