With support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and organization of Rural Development Agency, at the international exhibition in c. Riga RIGA FOOD 2023, 8 Georgian company has shown agricultural production produced by them to the visitors. 

The production was represented by the companies which produce the agricultural production: IG Agro LLC, Khilari LLC, Georgian Wine Winery LLC, Brothers Khutsishvilebi LLC, August Fruit factory LLC, Jima Nuts LLC, Georgian Lemonade LLC and I/E Gocha Otarashvili. By the mentioned producers at the exhibition was represented nuts, wine, natural juice, lemonade, plum, fragrants, honey and alcoholic beverages. 

According to the statement of the representatives of the companies, organization and versatile support of participation of Georgian producers in the exhibitions by the state, is the most important factor for diversification of markets and support of export increase of Georgian agricultural production. 

Georgian stand was visited by president of Latvia Edgar Rinkevich and the minister of agriculture of the republic of Latvia – Didzis Smith. 

The exhibition RIGA FOOD 2023, had more than 20,000 visiotrs. In the current year, in the exhibition participated 25 countries and more than 400 local and international companies acting in the agriculture sector. RIGA FOOD opened on September 7 and completed on September 9.
