Beekeeping trainings were conducted with the support of the Rural Development Agency and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) program "Farmer to Farmer" (F2F).  About 200 beekeepers attended the trainings held throughout the country.

In order to increase access to small-scale agricultural machinery for farmers living in mountainous settlements, the Rural Development Agency implements a special program "Co-financing program for agricultural machinery in mountainous settlements". The budget of the program is 5 million GEL.
