List of the documents to be submitted

• Application;
• A copy of the authorized person's identity card and/or a document confirming the representative authority; 
• Extract from the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities (in the case of a legal entity);;
• Extract from LEPL National Agency of Public Registry about the ownership/co-ownership of the land and/or the land taken on lease from the state/municipality (the remaining term of the lease must be at least 10 years); 

Note*: In the case of beekeeping, it is not mandatory to present a document confirming the ownership of the land plot.

• Invoice and/or contract for the goods/services to be purchased in Georgian or a notarized translation, which must include the following information: 

Details of the parties; 

Term of delivery;

• Annual conversion plan issued by the consulting company, where information on agro-technological measures will be presented in detail; 
• Document confirming the amount of co-participation of the potential beneficiary - statement/excerpt from the financial institution about the presence of the relevant amount on the account and/or statement from the financial institution regarding the loan approval and/or statement issued by the donor organization regarding the financing of the project. 
• Bank details; 
• Expert / audit opinion of the person entered in the Register maintained by LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau or /and the persons accredited by  LEPL Unified National Body of Accreditation – Accreditation Center or/and the state sub-agency under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia  - Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision on compliance of the investment value of the proposed project with the market prices, which must be accompanied by the invoice (s) or/and the agreement;  
• Other additional documents, at the request of the Agency.
