Submission of application and accompanying documentation 

After registration on web-site, please fill the electronic form of the application, upload the attached accompanying documents and send the application. 

Note: the application will be rejected if any accompanying document is missing and the applicant will have to pass procedures all over again. 

The Agency will review the application and documentation submitted.  In case the application and accompanying documentation do not comply with the terms of the program, the application will be rejected and about the reason for rejection you will be notified by the means of web-site or/and e-mail. Submission of new application and passing procedures all over again is possible after removal of error.  

Applications will be reviewed by the Agency in sequence, in accordance with the dates of application submission. 

Signing of agreement on co-financing

In case the application and accompanying documentation comply with the terms of the program, the co-financing agreement shall be concluded with beneficiary; obligations of beneficiary and the Agency will be set forth in the Agreement. 

Co-financing agreement shall be concluded with beneficiary only in case of availability of co-financing budget corresponding to request of beneficiary for the date of agreement signing. 

Provision of co-financing

In order to receive co-financing, you must submit an application for co-financing or one of its tranches and accompanying documentation to the agency's office/information consulting center by November 30 of the current year. If the request for the tranche is not implemented within the mentioned period, the co-financing agreement will be canceled and all the necessary procedures will have to be completed all over again.

Confirmation of co-financing spending target

In case of import of agricultural machinery, in order to confirm the fulfillment of the goals stipulated by the program, by November 30 of the current year, you must submit the expert/audit report of the person in the register produced by the "Accounting, Reporting and Audit Supervision Service" regarding the purposeful spending of the funds provided for by the program (beneficiary participation and co-financing of the agency) and the fulfillment of the goals, which should describe the methodology for preparing the report and should be accompanied by copy(s) of the documentation confirming the expenditure used for the preparation of the report.

Signing of pledge agreement 

In order to ensure the fulfillment of the contractual obligations by the beneficiary, the agency carries out a lien on the agricultural machinery purchased within the program (which is identifiable and is assigned a state vehicle identification number issued by the "Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia") for a period of 5 years.
