Stages of receiving co-financing and documentation to be submitted

Submission of application and accompanying documentation 

After registration on web-site, please fill the electronic form of the application, upload the attached list of the documents to be submitted and send the application. 

Note: the application will be rejected if any accompanying document is missing and the applicant will have to pass procedures all over again. 

The Agency will review the application and documentation submitted.  In case the application and accompanying documentation do not comply with the terms of the program, the application will be rejected and about the reason for rejection you will be notified by the means of web-site or/and e-mail. Submission of new application and passing procedures all over again is possible after removal of error.  

Applications will be reviewed by the Agency in sequence, in accordance with the dates of application submission. 

Signing of agreement on co-financing

In case the application and accompanying documentation comply with the terms of the program, the co-financing agreement shall be concluded with beneficiary; obligations of beneficiary and the Agency will be set forth in the Agreement. 

Co-financing agreement shall be concluded with beneficiary only in case of availability of co-financing budget corresponding to request of beneficiary for the date of agreement signing. 

Provision of co-financing

To receive co-financing, by November 30 of the current year beneficiaries must submit to the Records Management Service of the Administrative Department of the Agency / Information and Consultation Center a tranche (co-financing) request application along with the list of the documents to be submitted. If the tranche request is not submitted within the specified deadline, the co-financing agreement will be cancelled. To receive co-financing, the beneficiary is obliged to fulfill the purpose defined in the agreement.

Signing of pledge agreement 

In order to ensure the fulfillment of the contractual obligations by the beneficiary, the agency carries out a lien on the agricultural machinery purchased within the program (which is identifiable and is assigned a state vehicle identification number issued by the "Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia") for a period of 5 years.
