The Agency continues the co-financing project of "Agro Processing and Storage Enterprises". In order to raise the funding for agro processing enterprises, the beneficiaries should submit a respective business-plan to the Agency. The Agency will provide support to the potential beneficiaries in drawing up the business-plans. The Agency will engage the competent natural and legal entities (consultant) to make such plans. The consultant may be the individual, group of individuals or legal entity. The concerned parties should present the application by specifying the legal status of the consultant, the detailed CV (a. higher education; b. work experience in consulting, including in the agricultural field; c. work experience in preparation of the business plans, including in the agricultural field; d. additional qualification; e. computer skills) of the project stakeholder (or stakeholders), short description of the consultant's experience (drawing up the business plans) and possible prices of preparation of such business-plans according to the table given in the Annex 1. The Agency will select several consultants based on the applications submitted. The project stakeholders must meet the following requirements: Higher education in business administration or in the adjacent field; At least five-year work experience in business-consulting, corporate crediting or in top management of the enterprise (managerial experience of agro processing enterprise shall be preferential); Practical experience in drawing up the business-plans. The Agency will conduct the personal negotiations on the terms and conditions of the agreement (with regard to the preparation of the business-plan) with the selected consultants. The business plan made by the consultant shall include but not be limited to the matters specified in the Annex 2.
