The Insurance policy conditions
During the validity period of the insurance the obligation of the Insurer towards the separate agricultural crops comes into force during the following period:
In terms of annual crops - if the insurance risk took place after the relevant measures envisaged by the agricultural rules and terms in regard of agricultural crops were taken, the 90% of the agricultural crops are equally emerged and in the state of surface vegetation (at least 10 cm) in the development stage and it is valid until the harvest; In case of planting nursery materials (seedlings)- not earlier than 10 calendar days after planting them in the open-field:
- Cereal Crops
- Leguminous crops
- Vegetables
- Melons
In terms of perennial crops - if the insurance risk took place after:
Fruit – the 50% of fruit on the insured area reaches diameter of 0.8 cm, besides cherry, sweet cherry and nuts. The insurance in the case of the mentioned crops comes into force when the diameter of the fruit reaches 0,4 cm.
Berries crops – The plant has passed the phase of flowering, the fruit becomes clearly visible and is formed on the bush;
Grape – clusters are delivered (when the clusters are open and visible);
Nut crops - the insurance in the case of the mentioned crops comes into force when the diameter of the fruit reaches 0,4 cm;
Subtropical Crops - the insurance in the case of the mentioned crops comes into force when the 50% of fruit on the insured area reaches diameter of 0.8 cm;
Citrus - the insurance in the case of the mentioned crops comes into force when the 50% of fruit on the insured area reaches diameter of 0.8 cm.
