Participation stages and documents for submission 

Applications are accepted in the scopes of the program in electronic form.

For receipt of co-financing it is necessary to go through the following stages: 

• Registration on web-site;
• Filling the application and business model;
• Upload of documents for submission. 

Within two months from the approval of the application, the beneficiary must submit the following documents:

• An audit opinion from a person registered in the registry of the State Sub-Agency Institution under the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia - the Service for Accounting, Reporting, and Auditing Supervision, who has been assigned a final assessment of Category I, II, III, or IV as a result of quality control system monitoring, confirming the compliance of the presented project's investment value with market prices;
• In the case of construction works, a construction permit and the architectural design of the building must be submitted.
  
  

Application cannot be amended once it had been submitted. 

Applications can be submitted at the application level until the program budget is spent.

Applications may be renewed in case of availability of program budget.

In the event that the application, submitted documents or/and business model does not comply with the terms of program and procedures, the application will be rejected and about the reason and business points you will be notified via web-site or/and e-mail. New application can be submitted; new application registration number will be assigned to such application if submission of new application is admitted for the moment given. 

In case the application, submitted documents and business model comply with terms of the program and procedure, the “approved” status shall be assigned to the application. 

After signing an agreement, co-financing will be provided in accordance with the term of the agreement.

In order to receive the co-financing, you should apply to the management service of the Agency or relevant regional service with a request for co-financing,  with attached document(s) proving the fulfilment of prerequisites for issuing co-financing (if any).

In case the application, submitted documents and business model do not comply with prerequisites of co-financing set forth by the agreement, about the defect you will be notified via hotline or/and in writing or/and e-mail and such defect should be eliminated within the term determined by the Agency.
