Co-financing for drip irrigation systems arrangement

Co-financing of Arrangement of Drip Irrigation Systems: Arrangement of drip irrigation system will be co-financed on the agricultural land plot on which co-financing of planting of perennial gardens is not carried out or/and requested as part of gardens component of this program, in the event of natural and legal person - in the amount not more than 50%, but no more than Gel 1 250 per ha, and in the event of agricultural cooperatives, villages near dividing line and high mountainous settlements - not more than in the amount of 60% , but no more than Gel 1 500 per ha. Not more than 50 ha drip irrigation system to be arranged by one beneficiary shall be co-financed within the component.

Potential beneficiary shall submit the following documents for concluding the agreement with the Agency: (What should the invoice contain)

a) Filled out Application Form;

b) Extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities (in the event of legal person);

c) Copy of the identification document (in the event of legal person - identification document of a director/responsible person; in the event of a natural person - identification document of land plot owner and responsible person);  

d) Land plot title document (extract from public registry and cadastral map), in case of lease - the lease agreement shall be submitted along with the extract (the remaining lease period shall be at least 10 years, lease agreement shall be registered in LEPL - National Agency of Public Registry);

e) Invoice or/and agreement in Georgian language/notarially certified translation in Georgian from the company arranging a drip irrigation system;

f) Conclusion report issued by the respective structural unit of the Agency or the Ministry of Agriculture of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara confirming that the land plot is provided with water;

g) Conclusion report issued by the person available in the registry maintained by the state structural subdivision - Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia on compliance of the land plot under the application with the terms and conditions defined by the gardens component of the resolution N56 as of 12 February 2015.

i) Beneficiary’s bank details.

  Cost of arranging the drip irrigation system will be financed only upon the fulfillment of purpose of arranging the drip irrigation system has been confirmed by the conclusion issued by the person available in the registry maintained by the state structural subdivision - Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision under the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
