Definitions of Terms
Water Users' Organization (WUO) - a public legal entity based on membership, established under the Law of Georgia on Water User Organizations and the Law of Georgia on Legal Entities under Public Law. Its members are individuals who own and/or lease irrigated land plots that have been rehabilitated under the "Irrigation and Land Market Development Project", financed by the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank.
