Definitions of Terms

Water Users' Organization (WUO) - A public legal entity based on membership, established under the Law of Georgia "On Water Users' Organizations" and the Law of Georgia "On Public Legal Entities." Its members are individuals who own or lease land plots that are provided with water through the rehabilitated Upper Rioni irrigation system and the G1-G32 distribution channels of the right main canal of Lower Samgori, financed by the International Development Association of the World Bank as part of the "Irrigation and Land Market Development Project in Georgia."

Youth - A female between the ages of 18 and 40, or a male between the ages of 18 and 35.

Agricultural Attachment - Chisel plow with roller, film/plastic mulching machine, rotor-type inter-row soil loosening cultivator.
