Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

Eligibility Criteria for Potential Beneficiaries

A potential beneficiary - a citizen of Georgia who is a legally competent individual or a legal/individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (including agricultural cooperatives) where the state does not own any share/stake/stock, and who submits an application for participation in the program, with whom a co-financing agreement can be signed.

The agricultural land plot where the project will be implemented must be registered as the property of the beneficiary at the National Agency of Public Registry of the LEPL or/and must have been leased from the state/municipal authority (the remaining lease period must be no less than 5 years at the time of application to the agency, and the lease agreement must be registered at the National Agency of Public Registry of the LEPL), and must not be under seizure or mortgage (only mortgages from commercial banks registered in Georgia are allowed).

A potential beneficiary or/and their founder/shareholder/stockholder/unit holder will not be eligible for co-financing under the program if they hold a share/stock/interest in a company registered in Georgia that supplies goods/services or performs construction work under the program.

A potential beneficiary must not have any tax debt to the state budget (except in cases where payment of tax debt has been deferred by the state or the obligation to pay has been suspended by law).

In the case of co-financing for agricultural attachments, the potential beneficiary must own or/and have the right to lease agricultural machinery.

A potential beneficiary of the program must be registered in the registry maintained within the framework of the "Farm/ Farmers Registration Project."
