Potential beneficiary – natural person, Georgian national of a full legal age, the representative of one household or manufacturer of energy-efficient stoves;

Household – group of people, subject to common rules of living together and related to each other by common budget (its part), with kinship and/or non-kinship relations (a household may consist of one person);

Beneficiary - a person, who meets the criteria of potential beneficiary and with whom a co-financing agreement can be signed;

Application for receipt of co-financing - application filled at JSC “Liberty Bank” by potential beneficiary within the frameworks of the program on obligations to be fulfilled and co-financing to be received by the Agency;

Co-financing – monetary funds issued by the Agency to beneficiary within the frameworks of the program;

Bank – JSC “Liberty Bank”, with which the agency will sign an agreement within the framework of the program, for opening account(s) for the beneficiary(ies) and/or making and/or issuing card(s) and/or transfer the sum of c-financing of the Agency to existed accounts / issued card(s) in order to use them in accordance with the terms of the program;

Manufacturer – potential beneficiary, producing energy-efficient stoves and list of such stoves is determined by the Agency, based on documentation submitted from the laboratory;

Supplier – manufacturer, as well as other entrepreneurial natural/legal entity selling the energy-efficient stoves with criteria (parameters) determined by the program and according to the list of stoves determined by the Agency;

Laboratory - Scientific-Engineering Center of High Temperature Thermal Physics  Processes of Technical University of Georgia / accredited laboratory recognized by European Commission (certification body);

Laboratory service – determination of compliance of energy-efficient stove to the specified criteria (parameter) of the program by the laboratory for manufacturer potential beneficiary.
