To purchase an energy-efficient stove, the interested person must first contact the manufacturer (who has a document confirming compliance with the defined criteria (parameters) for energy-efficient stoves or is engaged in the sale of such stoves) or a supplier (who sells energy-efficient stoves from manufacturers participating in the program). The person must choose the desired stove and pay their co-financing amount, which may be a loan (including installment payments) or personal funds.
Information about manufacturers/suppliers of energy-efficient stoves can be found at the provided link.
After the purchase, the manufacturer/supplier will provide the potential beneficiary with the following document (part of the required documents):
- A warranty document for the energy-efficient stove.
Note: The list of manufacturers/suppliers will be determined after the manufacturers submit documents confirming compliance with the defined criteria (parameters) for energy-efficient stoves, as well as information about the suppliers through whom the manufacturer's energy-efficient stoves are sold. The list of manufacturers/suppliers will be published on the agency's website.
The potential beneficiary must install the stove in their household according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
To receive co-financing and apply, the potential beneficiary must complete the application form and attach the required documents.
The application can be submitted to JSC "Liberty Bank" either by the potential beneficiary or the manufacturer. If the application is submitted by the manufacturer, the manufacturer/supplier is responsible for fully submitting the application and the required documents. In case the manufacturer or supplier alters the application or submits incomplete documents to the bank, the agency reserves the right not to provide co-financing to the manufacturer/supplier.
If the application and submitted documents comply with the program conditions, JSC "Liberty Bank" will transfer the co-financing amount (in accordance with the program terms) to the manufacturer of the energy-efficient stove.
If the application and submitted documents do not comply with the program conditions, the potential beneficiary will be notified of the reason for the error and will be given additional time to correct it.
To correct the error, the potential beneficiary must submit only the corrected document to the bank or the manufacturer/supplier.
If the beneficiary does not correct the error, the application will be rejected, and the potential beneficiary will have the opportunity to submit a new application.
