Obligations (co-financing of energy-efficient stoves)

In order to receive the co-financing, a beneficiary of the program should fulfil the below given obligations and prove by signing the application. 

• Ensures the installation of the energy-efficient stove according to the manufacturer’s instructions, at the installation address specified in the application.
• After receiving the co-financing, the energy-efficient stove must not be transferred to another party for five years.
• Within five years from the issuance of the co-financing, the energy-efficient stove must not be relocated to another address without prior notice to the agency. In case of an address change, the agency must be informed, and approval must be requested for the installation of the stove at the new address (except for nomads).
• The household will benefit from co-financing for the purchase of only one energy-efficient stove.
• The personal data of the potential beneficiary/beneficiary, collected and processed by the agency and the German Development Cooperation Society (GIZ GmbH) for participation in the survey/research within the program, will be stored for a period of 6 years, while personal data related to financial documents will be stored for 10 years from the submission of the final financial report.
