List of documentation to be submitted 

For participation in the project potential beneficiary should apply the JSC “Liberty Bank”, complete application form and submit following documentation:

1. A copy of the potential beneficiary’s identity document
   
   
2. A document confirming the payment of the co-financing amount
   
   
3. A warranty document for the energy-efficient stove (the warranty conditions must be valid for at least 2 years from the date of signing the application form) issued by the manufacturer and/or supplier, which must mandatorily include the following information:

•  Details of the parties;
• The name, model, and serial number of the energy-efficient stove;
• The total value in national currency;
• The bank details of the manufacturer.
