Stages and documentation to be submitted

Fulfilment of obligations should be proved by the expert/auditor conclusion. 

Applications should be submitted in electronic form on the web-site. In control panel please select the Co-financing Project for Processing and Storage Enterprises, complete the application form fields and upload accompanying documentation. In the electronic program, the PDF version of all listed documents should be submitted together with the application. 

Additionally, before concluding the co-financing agreement, the potential beneficiary is obliged to translate the expert / assessment / audit report, notarized invoices (in case of foreign language invoices) and submit the original document of the minutes of the meeting of the founders/shareholders through the case management service of the Administrative Department of the Agency and / or the Regional Office(s) of the Department for Relations with the Agency.

In case the application and / or accompanying documentation are submitted incompletely / with defects, the application will be rejected and after the elimination of the deficiency the potential beneficiary will re-apply.
