Obligations of beneficiary:

The beneficiary is obliged to establish the storage enterprise within 18 months term since execution of agreement.

The beneficiary is obliged to ensure the functioning of storage enterprise within 2 years after establishment of the enterprise;

 The beneficiary is obliged to maintain the storage enterprise profile within 2 years from commissioning thereof.

The date of storage enterprise commissioning is determined by the date of commissioning of the enterprise except the case, when establishment of an enterprise is planned in a building under exploitation. In such case, the date of storage enterprise commissioning is determined at the moment of documentary evidence of complete utilization and purposeful spending of financing under the project presented by the beneficiary, including co-financing of the agency, bank credit/lease co-participation, but no later than 18 months after signing co-financing agreement;

In order to ensure fulfillment of obligations, the beneficiary is obliged to mortgage/pledge the fixed assets created/purchased under the project (including facilities) in favor of the agency. At the same time, it is allowed, that the agency mortgage/pledge is of second tier, provided that loan issuing bank is first tier mortgagor/pledger.

In case of agricultural cooperative, it is not allowed to decrease the total area of agricultural land plots owned by cooperative / its members, until full performance of the obligations assumed by the beneficiary.
